i guess you could call them changes.

i am winding down for the night at 10:45 pm. i have some new things that i am going to be trying on for size. i guess you could call them "changes." here is a rough list.

- 11:00 pm bedtime on weekdays. 
- drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
- stretch before bed and upon waking up. 
- read daily. 


my throat has been feeling really weird. 
i need some medicine or something.
